This package is a 24-month contract, and during this time, we follow a weekly or bi-weekly schedule to stay on top of your property's needs. It also auto-renews at the end of each year should there be no necessary changes, though if you want to cancel, it's easy - all you need to do is give us a 30-day written notice.
